Manager audit

VHM Audit is a growing audit-only firm with over 30 young, enthusiastic, and highly skilled professionals. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a full-time or part-time Audit Manager who wants to contribute to the further development of our firm.
VHM Audit performs statutory audits for medium-sized and large companies. For smaller companies, we carry out voluntary audits. In addition, we provide a range of audit and assurance services for non-profit organizations, including grant audits and review engagements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Manager at VHM Audit, you will be responsible for both recurring and ad hoc audit engagements for a wide range of clients. In this role, you act as the key link between the client, the audit team you work with, and the partners.

At the end of the day, you'll finish work on time because we believe a healthy work-life balance is essential. Work should give you energy. That’s why we aim to keep overtime to a minimum and regularly get together for dinner or sports activities. And when time allows, you might even join a game of darts at the office.

That said, you won’t spend all your time at the VHM Audit office. You’ll work closely with clients on-site, and you’ll also have the flexibility to work from home.

TOP 3 RESPONSIBILITIES OF A MANAGER AUDIT 

• You lead audit teams in the execution of audit and assurance engagements. You serve as the main point of contact for clients, identify challenges during the engagement, and develop practical solutions to ensure a successful outcome.
• You understand what matters to your clients, recognize their needs, and respond proactively. You maintain existing client relationships while continuously expanding and strengthening your own professional network.
• You actively promote VHM Audit’s quality standards and lead by example. You coach team members, support their professional development, and help guide them through their education and training.

• A gross monthly salary between €5.000 and €7.000, depending on your education and experience;
